Have an approved KYC no later than the 30th of September 23.59.59. Your membership needs to stay active for at least three months from the starting date. An example: A membership renewed on the 15th of September needs to stay active until at least the 15th of December in order to receive the bonus shares. Allocation will be made once the payment has been processed and the KYC has been approved. The shares will be locked until the end of the three months campaign period. Once all qualification requirements have been met the shares will be unlocked immediately. Allocation Rules The bonus allocation will be made in accordance to the membership level paid for. If a member during the three months period decides to change his/her membership to a lower membership the allocation will be changed into the lower level. The level that will count as the starting one is the membership paid for the latest before the end of September. In the case of a member asking for a refund connected to this bonus the bonus shares will be forfeited and returned to Viral Angels Credit Union. The same rule applies to payments of new memberships. Promotion Levels An already existing active member will receive 50% of their membership fee in extra allocations for one month when renewing its membership on the same level or to an upgraded level. The minimum level is Gold. An already existing but inactive member will receive 50% of their membership fee in extra allocations for one month when renewing the membership on Gold level or higher. New members will receive 100% of their membership fee in extra allocation for one month when registering for the first time. Extra Promotion Tool Each member will be able to offer three exclusive memberships to sponsor their frontline contacts. These exclusive memberships offered may only be used for directly invited members (frontlines) Those memberships will receive an additional 100% of the fee in allocation for one month. This means that those members will receive both the new member bonus of 100% of their fee extra for one month and the exclusive membership offer of 100% of their fee in extra allocations for one month. Leadership Extra Promotion Tool Senior Manager will receive one additional exclusive membership to offer. This means a total of 4 exclusive memberships. Executive Manager will receive two additional exclusive memberships to offer. This means a total of 5 exclusive memberships. Director will receive three additional exclusive memberships to offer. This means a total of 6 exclusive memberships. The possibility to use exclusive signups is only available until the 30th of September 23.59.59 CET. Unused ones will be forfeited. New members signing up during the period (18/8 until 30/9 2014) will also be provided with three exclusive memberships. All promotion shares allocated in this campaign will be locked for three months and unlocked once all requirements have been met by the member.
